Your right to cancel

If you buy from Starlight LLC online or by phone, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, as provided by Armenian consumer protection legislation.

Exchange of goods of proper quality

If a non-food item of proper quality does not suit you in shape, size, style, colour or for any other reason, you may exchange it for a suitable item within 14 days. If no suitable item is available, you may return it and receive the price you paid.

Conditions

• The goods are unused, not installed, and show no signs of use;
• They are complete: original packaging, accessories, instructions and documents;
• You can show proof of purchase (order number, receipt or invoice);
• Products cut to length for you (cables, wires, LED strips, aluminum profiles) and items ordered to your individual specification cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to return an item

1. Call us at +374 55 150715 or write to [email protected] with your order number.
2. Bring the goods to our showroom (11/3 Smbat Zoravar St, Yerevan, Tue–Sun 10:00–18:30) or send them by HayPost after agreeing with us.
3. We inspect the goods and confirm the return or exchange.

Refund

We refund the price of the returned goods within 14 days after we receive them back and confirm their condition, by bank transfer or in cash at the showroom. The cost of delivering the goods to you and of sending them back is paid by the customer, except when the goods are defective or were sent by mistake.

Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective item or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as you notice. In accordance with the law you may choose free repair, replacement with a similar item, a proportional price reduction, or cancellation of the contract with a full refund. In these cases we cover the return shipping.
