Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Starlight LLC, 11/3 Smbat Zoravar St, Yerevan, Armenia · +374 55 150715 · [email protected]. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data.
What data we collect and why
- Orders: name, phone number, email, delivery address, order contents and notes — to confirm, prepare, deliver and invoice your order, and to handle returns and warranty claims.
- Account: name, email, password (stored in encrypted form), order history — to let you sign in and follow your orders.
- Messages: the details you give in the contact form or by phone, messenger or email — to answer you and prepare quotes for projects.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, kept in server logs, and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy — to keep the website working and secure.
We process this data to perform our contract with you, to meet our legal obligations (for example accounting and tax records), and on the basis of your consent where the law requires it.
Who receives your data
We share only what is needed: HayPost or a courier to deliver your order; our hosting and website service providers; and accountants or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law. Other data is kept while it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we process your data and to give you access to it, to correct it, to block it or delete it, and to withdraw consent you have given. Write to [email protected]; we reply within the period set by law. If you believe your rights were violated, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or to a court.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access. If a leak of personal data from our systems occurs, we will publish a notice about it as the law requires.
