Demo: Boutique hotel on Abovyan Street
24 guest rooms with brass-and-black details: bedside USB sockets, door-bell switches and glass frames in every room.
The brief
A 1930s building on Abovyan Street turned into a 24-room boutique hotel. The designers wanted the wiring accessories to disappear into the calm, gallery-like rooms — and to survive daily cleaning.
What we supplied
G3 switches and sockets in Matte Black, USB + Type-C sockets on both sides of each bed, door-bell switches at every entrance and G5 glass frames in the corridors — delivered floor by floor to match the fit-out schedule.
Result
One consistent finish across rooms, corridors and the lobby, with spare stock kept on site for maintenance.
