1. Who we are

2. Products and prices

We supply LED lighting, switches, sockets and other electrical products, wholesale and retail. Prices are in Armenian dram (AMD) and are those shown at the time you place the order. Product photos are illustrative; colours may differ slightly on screen. We may correct obvious pricing or stock errors and will tell you before the order is processed; you may then confirm the corrected order or cancel it.

3. Placing an order

You place an order by adding products to the cart and pressing the button that confirms the order and the obligation to pay. The order becomes binding when we confirm it, by email, by phone or by starting to prepare it. We may call you to confirm the details. If a product is not available, we offer a replacement or cancel that item.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment methods, delivery options, costs and times are described in the Shipping & Payment Policy and shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

5. Right to cancel, returns and warranty

You may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, and exchange or return goods of proper quality as described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Warranty terms are in the Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Our liability

We are liable for the quality of the goods and for our obligations as provided by Armenian law. We are not liable for damage resulting from installation or use contrary to the instructions, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

Please contact us first and we will try to resolve any complaint quickly. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. You may also address the competent state body for consumer protection or the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
