Shipping & Payment Policy

Ways to receive your order

• Pickup from our showroom — 11/3 Smbat Zoravar St, Yerevan, Tue–Sun 10:00–18:30 (closed on Monday). Free of charge; we call you when the order is ready.
• Delivery in Yerevan — free for orders over AMD 30,000. For smaller orders the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Delivery across Armenia by HayPost — to all regions and towns, usually within 1–3 working days after the order is confirmed. The cost depends on the weight of the parcel and is shown at checkout.

Order confirmation and timing

After you place an order, we may call you at the number you gave to confirm the goods, quantities and delivery details. Goods that are in stock are prepared within one working day; if an item has to be ordered from the supplier, we tell you the expected date before you pay.

Receiving the goods

• Please be available at the agreed time and place, and check the goods and their quantity when you receive them.
• If the packaging is damaged or something is missing, tell the courier or the post office and contact us the same day.
• You receive a receipt or invoice with the goods.

Payment

• Cash in Armenian dram (AMD) when you receive the goods, at the showroom or from the courier.
• Bank transfer on invoice for registered companies and sole proprietors — ask us for an invoice.

All prices on the website are in Armenian dram (AMD). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and are included in the order total before you confirm it.
